This site advocates for retaining Annandale while trying to keep its factual record disciplined, source-aware and open to respectful disagreement.
What can be published as a comment?
- Relevant comments supporting, opposing or questioning the site's position.
- Personal experience clearly presented as personal experience.
- Questions for Council, Town staff, residents or the site organizer.
- Factual claims accompanied by a source where reasonably available.
What may be rejected or edited only with the submitter's permission?
- Personal attacks, threats, discriminatory abuse or harassment.
- Private addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or other unnecessary personal information.
- Spam, commercial promotion or repeated duplicate comments.
- Serious allegations about identifiable people or organizations presented as established fact without credible support.
- Content unrelated to Annandale, recreation, greenspace, local growth, infrastructure or the consultation.
Approval is not endorsementA published comment reflects the contributor's view. Approval means only that the site owner determined it met the moderation rules. Community discussion is not automatically treated as verified fact.
Who approves comments?
Public comments and evidence submissions are reviewed through the private site administration area. The site currently has one owner moderation account. There is no public approval link and no community member can publish a comment directly.
Corrections and sourcing
Official statements should link to official Town, Council or other primary sources when available. Community/Facebook material is labelled as community discussion unless independently substantiated. If a factual error is identified, contact info@keepannandalegreen.ca so it can be reviewed and corrected.
